What it includes:

  • Rapid Partner Assessment & Partner Sourced Deal Identification: We'll work with your teams to identify 1-3 high-potential partners and deal opportunities, leveraging existing partner data and our "Account Mapping Guide" and "Partner Activation" framework.
  • Tailored "Just-in-Time" Sales & Presales Onboarding: We'll prepare partner sales and technical sponsors for partner soured deal opportunities through hands-on coaching on objection handling, pricing, and pitching, drawing on existing presales resources and my deep experience.
  • Co-Sell Strategy & Playbook Development for Partner Sourced Deal: A mini-playbook or "co-sell blueprint" will be developed for the identified first deal(s), clearly defining responsibilities for both partner and ISV sales teams.
  • Post "First Deal" Enablement Roadmap (Pilot Phase):  A concise roadmap for broader enablement and targeting activities will be created, transitioning from "just-in-time" to a more structured plan.
